Dark

Shadows stirring
in the middle of the night
trying to hide my fears
from what lurks beyond the sight

darkness surrounding me
choking me of air
seeing the faceless shadows
but can not help to stare

seeing the blood run black
in the hopelessness of me
the shadows surrounding life
blocking what i can see
