The thought of your death, is more then I can take

by Daniel Goding   Mar 21, 2005

You say you love me
You say all is fine
But how can that be
When all you do is cry
It tears me apart inside
To see you harm yourself
Then try to hide.

I want us to be together
For our love to be true
But its hard to when drinking,
Cutting yourself is all you do.

I wish I could see things
The way you do
I wish you would open up
And speak to me so
So I could make sure
You never harm yourself anymore
And give you the backbone
You've been searching for.

I want to hold you close
Comfort you
And know when you leave my arms
You truly will be fine
For without you Id be but a line
On anothers sad rhyme.

Id never take my life
Without proper reason
But if you were to die
That'd be enough to try
For Without you Id be but a line
On anothers sad rhyme.
