Remember That One Kid Or Just His Death?

by Rozzy   Mar 21, 2005

Remember him? That boy of only fourteen
Who roamed the halls of high school Though he could not be seen

Remember when those bullies knocked his books down
And when he bent to pick them up Those bullies sneered and pushed him hard to the ground

Remember when you stood there laughing or watching him struggle hopelessly
Not caring whether his night mare of life was endlessly

Remember when you cried And he told you he hopes your ok
But when you saw people staring you just shoved him out of your way

Remember him going to school dances Though yourself aren't a good dancer
When he dragged himself to school everyday Praying God to give him cancer

Remember that day he didn't come to class And when the principle even came in with sorrow filled eyes
When he told you about the funeral and that then you would get to say your good-byes

That boy went home one night
The rumor he just wanted to give his mom a fright

But whats the truth?

Is it he over heard those bullies planning to do him in
That right at that very moment he knew his night mare was yet to begin

No one knows that much But no one cared And now he's gone
He stood on that cardboard box And tied that noose so rightfully wrong

And then...the box broke He hung there cold
But wait..Why are you crying??Aren't you the ones you didn't give damn for his story to be told???

You didn't care he was alive!
You didn't he care he wanted to die!

So why are you here Mourning his death
You didn't care then So now why do you hope that he had kept his last breath

His ashes were placed in the sea Where he would be set free On the island of Maui

Peace Be Upon You Michel!
