Coated with Lies

Walk a mile in another’s shoes,
the saying carried through generations,
don’t be too judgmental,
until you have conclusion and representation,

What would happen if you did?
on 9/11 everyone thought of it all evil,
no one looked at the details,
those not as perceivable,

their leader told them to do it,
he lead them astray,
leaving all unknowing,
liable to pay,

sneaking on planes,
huge and roaring,
all in their heads,
a plan they were storing,

killing many of all kinds,
working to their goal with strife,
risking everything,
even their life,

brainwashed into the inconceivable,
minions of those of power,
out to destroy,
what is one tower?

in their minds,
killing is nothing,
your life is meaningless,
only in the afterlife a reward it brings,

letting others’ blood run free,
into blue skies,
smoking and smothering,
coated with lies...
