If i could come up
with the perfect thing to say i would
but to say how i truly feel
i never could

there would be no point
it'd be just a lie
to say that i hate you
and that you aren't a perfect guy

so don't tell me back
that its how you feel too
because secretly
i think i still want you

but instead i would say
that it was bad
and that you were the worst
that Ive ever had

Ive tried to move on too
but i still cant let go
and ill leave you alone
i just wanted to tell you
just so you could know
