The day I died

by Donna   Mar 22, 2005

I wonder why this happened
Didn't see it coming
where were you when I need you
you didn't come running

You said you would always be there
ha, what a lie
I cant believe I believed you
now I want to die

This is all your fault
I hope you know
I cut my wrists
and watch the blood flow

It trickled down my arms
and I feel relief
now that I know there will be no grief

No one knew I was alive
They'll find my body lying in the sand
no one is my comfort or my helping hand

So,all I want is to die alone
this is your fault
I have made that known

So why didn't you help me
why didn't you cry
why weren't you here
when ever I died

Job well done. This poem caught my interest the most when you ask thouse questions like..

"So why didn't you help me
    why didn't you cry
    why weren't you here
    when ever I died"
