She wants to trust you again
wants to be your best friend

but she can't no matter
how much times she spends
on her knees in front of the gravestone
tracing the letters of his name
She couldn't get the picture out of her head
of him in the hospital bed
blood stains throughout his clothes
tubes coming from every which way
Waiting for hours in the ER
hearing the doctor say we've loss him
she could feel her heart breaking
straight to her room where she stayed
staring at their picture together
she went into depression
feeling like half or her just died
she stayed home all day thinking about him
she wanted so bad to be with him
without him life was unbearable
she started drinking and smoking to get away from him
she felt as though he was haunting her
she was found in her room
on her bed with their picture,
her cheeks still wet from the tears,
lifeless
