Thank you

Every day is the same,
I go to sleep to a peaceful dream,
Just to wake back up to this nightmare,
As you can see life is just not fair.

You don't see past my fake smile and lies,
You think every things perfect in my life,
But your wrong,
along with every one else

You don't know what my problem is,
And I don't want to tell you,
Because you'll tell me every things fine,
When actually its not.

You walk in to my house,
Everything looks OK,
You look for my parents,
But their not here today.

You look at me,
With your eyes so blue,
you asked me if I was OK,
And I said yes, I was

What happened you asked,
And this story i told,
It frightened you,
But for your answer you kept your mouth shut.

My father beats me,
My mother doesn't care,
They both think I'm worthless,
And wish i wasn't there

My parents treat me like I'm some e helpless slave,
They tell me what to do,
And I obey,

They hand me razors,
And watch me cut,
Hoping I would die,
I hate them so much.

I look into your eyes,
A tear I see,
But why is it there?
Do you really care about me?

You take my hand,
And push my slave up,
you look at my wrist
You look at the blood from my new cut.

You wish to help me,
But theres no use,
I wish i would just die
And end all this painful abuse

You asked me to take your hand
To go to a land of freedom
Where no problems occur
And I can be free from this torture

I took you hand,
And followed you along this path,
To freedom you led me to,
And now we'll be together forever.
