I never thought I would be saying this
But I think our friendship is coming to an end
I’m amazed it lasted this long
We’ve been best friends since we started school
Being together non stop for years
But then we went our different ways
New schools, new friends, new way of living
We became two different people
But our friendship stayed strong
Years past by and still we are mates
But I feel its going to end
We will always be mates
But we have our own lives to live
Our friendship is slowly fading
It’s not as strong as before
We’re just growing apart
I will never forget our friendship
It means so much to me
