Words Spent In Delicate Vain (Part 83)

by ntv650   Mar 25, 2005

Take the poison out of these fingers, read and follow their blossoming trail,
Chase and consume the paper that they have ever-so delicately stained.
Jump the gaps to find words in the line, let them gently push you inside.

Listen to the whisper of my pen against this page, scratching, etching away.
Forged upon this page you will find the story of a lover, writing his life in vain.

Spilt upon the blank canvas the words spell out a passionate play,
Page upon page the author ever-more delicately shares his beautiful pain.

Trace their lines and follow their shapes, in all their different glorious ways,
Telling the beautiful story, of a young man who shared his life in vain.
