Thanks for nothing

Once you were my hopes and dreams,
once you were my love..
But now this bitter world has taught me
that dreams, they only hurt.

You took me to the highest cloud
and then you let me fall.
You never tried to catch me.
You left me all alone.

The bruises and cuts,
they fade away with time.
But my heart is a disaster,
it´s bleeding all the time.

Thanks for showing me
that love only hurts.
Thanks for making my life
a bitter bloody hell.
