Am i just another girl you "said" you loved?

Am i just another girl you said you loved? Did you sweet talk every girl you ever buzzed? You said i was beautiful, i said "you are truly wonderful" then you replied with a simple phrase; "i love you" the only way i could reply was with "i love you too.." i know i truly meant it but did you? the simplest phrase that could conceal the many ways a guy replies when they know they have no where to go. the only way out is to say "i love you too" but there are very few I've realized that mean it too!
