Night

by Kristin   Mar 26, 2005

Light diminishes from the sky
The darkness falls upon my face
Distorted eyes black and dim
Lost, where is this place?

Sinister night has swallowed
A new victim of the shadows
Murky dusk absorbs the life
Fights against all battles

The weak will crumble
Before the night is through
Blood will be spilt
As the horizon shines on the dew

WOW. Amazing imagery, you described everything so preciously and yet so powerfully, great job! 5/5.
