Another 4 a.m. Poem

Lately it seems,
That nothing is going right.
Things aren’t how
They are supposed to be
And I’m writing another 4 a.m. Poem

Things are screwed up,
And I am so confused…
And lately I just can’t sleep.
So here I am,
Writing another 4 a.m. poem

I feel so strange,
I have never had this feeling before.
Why are these demons,
Haunting my dreams?
And causing me,
To write another 4 a.m. poem

I tried sleeping pills
That worked for about a night
And now it’s back
To no sound sleep.

I really don’t want to,
Yet here I am,
Once again,
Tossing and turning so much,
That now I have to write
Yet another stupid 4 a.m. poem.

*can you tell i wrote this at 4 a.m.? and that i have been running on no sleep? heh, it sucks, but hey i am bored what can i say?*
