Rushing Waters

I don't know what to think.
My mind rushes just like the waterfall.
And I can't slow it down.
Can't think.
Do I go with the flow?
Or do I swim against it?
I don't know what to do
I want out
I don’t want to go down anymore
I’m reaching for a line
Your line
I need you to help me out
Please don’t let me drown
Can I trust you?
Can I trust anyone?
