In Memory (1 year)

It has been almost a year
Since he has been gone
But my memory of him
Still lives on

He was sweeter than most people
A truly awesome friend
And every night as I pray
I ask God, Why his life had to end?

But God needed him
And I know he's in a better place
There are so many of the little things I miss
Like that big smile that was always on his face

Even though he is gone
He will never be forgot
Even though time has passed
I still miss him a lot

Kody was one of a kind
Different from any other
We were so close
I looked at him as a brother

He was someone
That touched my life in a way no one else can
And the impact he had on me
No one could possible understand

    Wow Maybeth I'm so sorry for the loss..You are right he is in a far better place...when you pass away you'll see him again and everything will be ok..in the time being stay strong I'm sure he would not want to see you in pain..keep you head up and your faith alive always! You have love from me girl!
