He brightens up my day
even when its cloudy
every night i will pray
and thank God for him

it hasn't been long though
i feel its been a while
the sound of his voice flows
through my head forever

if he never came to me
my life wouldn't be the same
i don't know where i would be
he brought the light to my day

a phrase exchanged between us
