Moonlight

The moon is often hidden -
behind the shadow of the earth.
Yet behind the darkness, it is shining -
Shining!
Witnessing our mirth.

However long we seem alone,
When our light is all blacked out.
The moon is watching over us all,
Although we're quick to doubt.
