Holding my nose to your letters wondering could i really do any better?

getting to the third line I'm already crying
slowly and painfully I'm already dying

taking deep breathes for every time spent
smelling the ink and a drop of your sent

rushing my words on to lines and paper
hoping when a new girl comes along you wont want her

waiting daily for your letter
but i guess you had something to do.. something better..
