Was it wrong to let you go?
was it wrong to let you leave without letting you know?
letting you know my love was true,
and in my heart I truly love you.
I was just too shy too show it,
but I really need you to know it,
I was so nervous I couldn't say,
that for you I felt that way.

I took too long and now it's too late,
I can't get you back,not even with fate,
this love has left me with a pain,
a pain in which I cannot regain,
the pain is so hurtful I cannot hide it,
it's also to the point where I can't deny it,
so in my heart I have to know?
was it wrong to let you go?
