I am who I am
I wonder why
I hear screams and cries
I see nothing
I want to be happy
I am who I am
I pretend to be ok
I feel alone
I touch the tears as they streem down
I worry how I will die
I cry when I think about life
I am who I am
I understand lifes not fare
I say it will get better
I dream of heaven
I try to be happy
I hope things will change, but
I am who I am
