A Place of Sadness

A place of sadness,
A place of guilt,
A place of sorrow,
Has now been built.

Hurting pains,
Within my chest.
I have tried everything,
I have done my best.

Tears held back,
From love not felt.
The only feelings I have,
Is the pain I've been dealt.

The longer we go,
The worse I feel.
The longer I go,
With this pain that's so real.

A hole burning through,
From the inside out.
It's filled me with sadness,
It's filled me with doubt.

Leave your dreadful place,
That you've stolen in my heart,
And forever be gone,
Forever we part.

    Hey Jason, it's Ashley...your bestest friend ever!!! -lol- This poem was good...but you're gettin slack with your posting...where's the rest of the poetry you've been writing???
