Smiling a smile that doesn't mean anything
Going through the motions of living
Saying empty words and laughing hollow laughs
Doing things that mean nothing to me

I'm dying inside
Lost inside the pain
Won't you free me with your love?
I want to be alive with you again

I'm safe now but nothing touches me
I can't feel anything except the pain
People keep telling me things will change
That someday everything will be fine

You're gone forever now
You'll never come back again
I know but I don't understand
What did I do that was so wrong?

I'm dying inside
Lost inside of the pain
Won't you free me with your love?
I want to be alive with you again

I've loved you
I've cried for you
I've bled for you
Now I will die because of you
