Why didnt you?

We came together after such a long time
something long awaited, quickly ended

Our lips finally met for that first kiss
felt like heavenly bliss
I remember that touch
now that I miss so much

I did all I could for you
Loved you the only way I knew how to
Never did you wrong
wanted to love you till the day came that I was gone

So why didn't you
Love me like I loved you?
why didn't you
let your heart fall like how mine fell?
I gave you heaven, you gave me hell.

you gave me so many reasons why we shouldn't be
all of them not good enough to me
what matters is i miss you and I love you completely through

everyone tells me I can do better
its you I want, thats what matters
even you told me I deserve more
then be the perfect one that I adore.
