Please don't let me fall asleep
From the closet beasties creep.
If I die before I wake
My body will the evil take.
May God protect my little head
To keep from dying in this bed.
I pray the lord my soul stays free
May I live past the count of three.
I end this prayer with one last cry
"PLease dear God don't let me die!"
