He said yes

by cant sleep   Mar 29, 2005

He said yes,
I begged,
I pleaded,
I said no.
He did it anyways.
The more I protested,
The harder he pushed.
The more I pleaded,
The harder he hit me.
So I made a mistake.
My body relaxed,
And he could tell,
I had given up.
So he had his way with me.
And when he was done,
He left me lying there,
Huddled in a ball,
While I drained myself of tears.
That horrible night,
I’ve tried to forget,
But in my dreams he haunts me
His eyes so full of determination
Glare at me.
And his words stay in my mind.
That horribly night.
I will never forget.
Ever.

I'm so sorry it had to happen to you! I wish there was something more I could do. I know you can make it through this. Just hold on for everyone that loves you.
