Summer is coming

by katie!   Mar 30, 2005

Summer is coming, and with that comes fear
Hiding away with my crimson tears
Long sleeves lie across these scars on my arms
Results of those days where I took to self harm

Summer is coming and with that comes heat
I walk along staring, straight down at my feet
As I throw away my t-shirts to save me from pain
As I sit and I wait for the rain to fall again

Summer is coming and with that comes swimming
They will now see my whole life, all my sinning
As I pull sleeves down, self concious all the time
Yet I still drive my crimson stained knife down the line

Summer is coming, but I will no longer be here
I can no longer face my life with these tears
As I cry every day breaking down and I'm falling
The time has now come the hangmans noose it is calling
