Confidential scars & feelings

These feelings are confidential
for no one else's eyes
it would be too much for them to handle
i don't think they would understand
so to make them think I'm happy
i shall produce a few lies
and put on a few fake smiles
tell them i have no worries
and I'm doing just fine

these scars are confidential

so ill wear some long sleeves
ill just tell them I'm a little cold
I'm not at all ashamed
just worried about what they might say
and how they would be
after what they see
scared they won't agree
