Save Us From Ourselves

Society is worried.
Distressed by war,
And the stupidity of the human race.

Too stupid to realize
That the reason for these very wars
And unpitied deaths
Is the world itself.

Society creates an image,
Of what the world should be.
Religious and greedy
Fight over what isn’t ours.

Save us from ourselves
We’ll be our ruthless end.

*this is just a poem about wars people make over stupid reasons, and how we're all going to end up dead because of them*

    i love it! war is so stupid no matter what the reason. the reason always makes it more stupid. the war of troy was over some girl and most other wars are over land or religions. it's all so stupid.
