Would you(not finished)

If I made a cut today,
would you even know.
Would you watch my life fade away,
Only because I’m not good at letting things show.
Or would you see,
the pain in my eyes,
the sorrow, fear and misery.
Would you realize all my lies,
and would you stop to care.
That inside I’m already dead.
At all my scars would you stare,
Would you think I’m wrong up in my head.
Only because I have an unhealthy release.
Of my emotions and depression.
And would your hearts beating cease,
when I told you my deepest confession.
Would you turn your back,
On us and say goodbye.
Or would you try to make up for what I lack,
and hold me while I cry.
Would you see that when you leave,
Its then when I need you the most.
