Depression

Its like you are caught in this place
where it is easy to get in but
not so easy to get out
you have your good days and bad days
but even your good days aren't so good
you try to cover it up and fool people
but you can never fool yourself
while you are in that place
you hate it when you wake up alive
you wish you had died in your sleep
you constantly seek to be happy
but inside you know the only way
to be happy is to die
you don't want to admit you are suicidal
but you know on the inside that you are
you think you are out of that place
but then something happens and you are right back in
there is no sure way to get away from
depression
