Shitty poem

Haunting my dreams every night since you’ve gone
My soul has not found peace for so long
Seeing you there in my mind, in my heart
I can’t find a way to release you
And realize that we shall forever be apart.

You still have all of me
And the truth is you always will
Trying to move on in my life
Knowing there’s a part no one can fill.

I’ve lost you it is over
I know it I see it, yet I cannot believe it
Everything I touch, everything I see, every song I hear
Only leads me back to you
Remembering the days when you were there

Memories together are all I have left of you
Still I wish they would disappear so I can make it through
Each morning I open my eyes to a new day
Feeling the emptiness and loneliness that won’t vanish away
Hoping to forget you, wishing you would leave
But you don’t, why can’t you please?
Just to free me, free me from this suffering, free me from this greave.

Not really one of my best poems, i really don't like it actually.....although it is how i feel
