Sometimes late at night.....

Sometimes late at night when I’m laying there wide awake
I think about you dreaming those lovely dreams
Where you are dancing on the clouds
Running through the rain with the sunshine coming warming your sweet face
Sometimes late at night I lay in bed and think about your smile
How you seem to light up the whole world with your smile
How you light up a darkened room
Sometimes late at night I dream about your voice
Singing softly a lullaby
Soothing me until I fall asleep
Sometimes late at night I lay in bed and think about you
And just what you’re thinking of
Sometimes late at night when I’m alone I turn to your picture hanging there
For all to see
And smile at you as a tear slides down my face …
Just the thought of you not being here with me comforting me and telling me it will all be ok….
Sometimes late at night I lay in bed crying just thinking of you and what you’re thinking of ……………
