Imagine a dark world
Like no other
You have to think hard
Because what this world is, will being a shudder
Midnight is normal
Up in the sky there is a red moon
Ravens calling out to them
Telling of future doom
Weeping willows reach out with the breeze
A voice comes to your head
Telling you calmly and softly
Your better off dead
You walk along a black and white road
Dead roses you pass
You keep walking till you see a young girl
She is not a threat to you, she’s just little lass.
Her ashen hand grabs yours
Tears come to her eyes
You have to look deeply into them
For in there you unleash many hidden lies
She pulls you along till you reach a grave
She suddenly screams, full of fright
She hopes her mother won’t see her this way
You see, her mom visits this spot every night.
You have to understand
The past she was in
Her father did so many things wrong
I can not even begin
Suddenly an older boy comes out
Blood stains cover his shirt
It looks like upon his face
Is a smudge of dirt
His empty eyes stare directly into yours
You feel a slight shiver run up your spine
You want to leave the children
Never learn of their past, hope that their just fine
But you can’t because the story has just begun
They pull you along to their old house
The boy seems to have no emotion
But the girl is frightened, looking small like a mouse
Screams from a woman reach your ears
You have to guess that it’s their mother
You watch and wince at the cries and screams
Then you hear their father
He sounds drunker then drunk
And screams “They deserved to die
They were so very weak!
Every time I hit them they would cry!â€
Tears spill out weather you like it or not
They were beaten to death by their own father
Now the beautiful woman it trying to have him kill her
So that the children wouldn’t be alone, they would have their darling mother.
You hear one last shriek of pain
And then a sudden thud
Suddenly a door opens
And you see the floor is covered with blood
A ghastly figure similar to the children appears
She looks frightened thin and scared
Deep in her eyes is so much pain
So much of that man she had bared
You wonder if the man will ever think of this day
The day he murdered his family
You think of what he will say when the police arrive
This will be a murder mystery
All three had held the pain
All three had been abused
All three had been buried alive
All three’s death left people confused
No one else knows this tale
No one but you and me
Till someone else visits the land of death
Then maybe they too will see…
