My plans are such a failure
Only wanting this to last
Waiting, hoping, searching
Why can't we forget the past?

I loved you like a sister
While we played this stupid game
While we both thought we understood
But our thoughts were never the same

I'll miss you on these warm rainy nights
I'll miss the dreams that we shared
But I'll never forget the pain you caused
The again why would you care?

You pushed me down as I tried to fight back
You ripped open my unhealed wounds
You try to say you're sorry
But I'll never fall for you
