When I was a little girl
I liked my ice cream with a touch of swirl
I liked to watch movies that were funny
I thought one dollar was a lot of money
In school I couldn't do my best
I usually had to stay all night with no rest
When I wanted to play
You were out by the middle of the day
All we do is fight and scream
I wish all this was a dream
Now I am a lot older
And also a lot bolder
But nothing has changed
The family is still disarranged
Now you are sicker
And I wish our love is thicker
Now I am older
And you have only gotten colder
But no matter what
I want you to know that you have made the deepest cut
