Memories

I\'ve done some things during my life
And they have left their mark on me
But why they happened i know not
I\'m sure if you look, you will see

Why do they follow me around
I hate all these horrible thoughts
If they don\'t leave me alone soon
Forever they will have me caught

Bleeding them out doesn\'t work
Till my death they won\'t let go
They hang on tightly to my mind
The more i do... the more they grow

Sometimes i question if it happened
Seeing them when i close my eyes
Soon they will finish me off
Memories are my demise
