Imaginary

by Harlequin[let me put you to sleep]   Apr 6, 2005

Sadness surrounds your every thought
Faking a smile as you pretend your happy
Hiding the lie behind each one you've brought
Inside you feel dark and crappy
Your inner chambers filled with hate and pain
Trying to end this continuous sorrow
Hiding your face as you cry and cut your way to your dying gain
Knowing now is not a good time so you hide it and wait till tomorrow
Standing before your thought of friends
Holding the knife of your made up cuts
Showing off your trying ends
But something wakes you, a door shuts
Only to discover its all just sleep
Your laying in a white room
You look around and you begin to weep
Thinking of your past in that dream you dremt
The past you created and believed you had
The imaginary life you\\\'ve lived in which you are exempt
Trying to think of what you did when you got sad
Nothing comes as you go crazy and scream
Strapping you down you say \\\"look at my scars\\\"
Seeing your self the ones you dream
This is how your story is, always looking out your window with bars
Thinking of your imaginary past
in a dark and white padded room
Hoping to see the end at last
Trying to find it, concealing your doom
Falling asleep you dream a lie
An imaginary memory from which you thought
Thinking again in your dream you ask why
For a real life you could have lived Until your parents pain apon you they brought
