BleedingAngel

by BleedingAngel   Apr 7, 2005

BleedingAngel without her wings and soul
broken and all curled up in her bed
no one here to make her feel whole
and talk her out of longing to be dead

Her wrists are open and they bleed
she couldn't resist the shining blade
never thought that she could be this weak
but now it seems like it's her fate

She hides behind a daily disguise
where her pain is hidden behind her laugh
but if you look deep into her eyes
you'll find the reason why she is sad

She's an Angel caught up in depression
and can't seem to find another way
every night she turn to God for confession
wish that he wouldn't let her live another day

She's begging on her knees, all night crying
"Please won't you give me my wings
I can't take this anymore, I'm slowly dying"
she can't live with these hurtful things

BleedingAngel just wants to be free
free from herself and her pain
help her become what she wants to be
make her die from the cut in her vein

God must have heard her payer
cause the Angel isn't bleeding anymore
her soul is gone, but her body is still there
cold and beaten on the bedroom floor
