A life torn in two

My mind is only a simple thing yet i still know how love
i know its related to hearts bells clouds and doves
yet there is one thing i need to learn about this unlucky game
what if there is more then one that has your heart to claim
what if you love two women and want to hold both close
each one is as dear to you and of you they both want a dose
and you cannot make up your mind and your heart will not decide
it starts to get so bad you only think of suicide
but then just before you jump you think of the ones you'll leave
and slowly there begins a gentle blowing breeze
and your heart stops your mind fails as you think of what you've become
then next you get a cold sensation that makes you go all numb
then you find your life was changed the minute you let love in
and it felt so bad to you it felt like you'd sinned
so you said one last pray before you took your final step
and so ended all you're pain and never since have wept
