Betting Twice the Heartache

by Liz   Apr 8, 2005

They say two is better than one.
With two you can have twice the fun.
Twice the smiles, twice the laughter.
Twice the heartache that comes soon after.
With him I thought there would be something to find.
How could I have been so blind?
What do I say and the end of the day?
You paid your fines.
I paid your fees.
I tried to repay my debt.
There are some things, such as love that you just shouldn't bet.
