One day in July,
The paints and brushes caught the man's eye,
'Why not a painting’ he said in content,
So he painted a little look-alike gent,
He was greatly pleased,
And so he was eased,
To give this painting life,
So he grabbed a hammer and a very sharp knife,
To cut the body out,
He gave it a voice then wished with no doubt,
So then suddenly t’was that thing,
Then with great delight it began to sing,
The painter then knew that it should have a place to live,
So he made a huge earth and taught it to give,
He sent his painting down to earth and told it to come back one day,
But it never did and left its creator to shed a million tears of ray,
He thought it might be lonely- that’s why,
So he did not dare to cry,
This time he painted a lovely woman,
Then taught her never to sin,
When in just one moment,
She was down where her master had her sent,
And then he caught an eye of his first painting,
Then began to see that it was fainting,
At this sight the painter leaped out of his chair,
And jumped into his painting and then gave a glare,
But he knew he had better do this,
Save the man that he'd miss,
And then the painting knew that his master really loved him,
That he'd come down to earth and actually save him.
