I know we aren't the same right now,
As we used to be before,
But since I found this baby's here,
God, I love you so much more.

I thank you so much for giving me,
This gift sent from above,
Even if you can't stay to watch it grow,
I'll shower it with love.

You've given me a reason to stay,
This life I'll still be living,
A child, something to call my own,
And it's all 'cause of your giving.

This baby will mean so much more,
Than just someone I can love,
It's the creation, from you and I,
Helped by the Lord above.

I'll always love just how you are,
Even if you can't be here,
If I miss you, I'll still see your face,
In our baby's, filled with cheer.

For this miracle I thank you oh so much,
My life, you have truly saved,
