Frittles, I'm sorry. I really, really am. But no matter how many times I tell you, I doubt you'd understand. I gave you my love, I gave you my heart, But you spat on it all, And watched while I fell apart. I tried to hide my pain, I tried to cover up my tears. I remember when I dreamed that our friendship, Would last a million happy years. I begged you to take me back, You just turned away. You said you didn't know me, And that you couldn't stay. Frittles, please accept my apology. And know that I love you so, And no matter how many times you say you don't know me, I'll never let you go. (This poem was for my friend, Craig. I call him 'Frittles'. After he read this poem, he accepted my apology.)
