I knew a warrior

I know a warrior
hes becoming weak
he only hears me when in sleep

i sense a fighter
hes battling alone
his once warm heart turning to stone

i see a friend
hes in pain
he no longer remembers my name

i talk to a man
he no longer hears
hes lost alone fighting his fears

i hear a lover
hes slowly dying
inside i feel hes lost and crying
