Behind this smile,
I'm not who you think I am.
Behind this smile,
my life is a screwed up traffic jam.

Behind this smile,
I scream for help.
Behind this smile,
I'm scarred by some of the things I've felt.

Behind this smile,
I have secrets that I hide.
Behind this smile,
I don't have any pride.

Behind this smile,
I'm a total mess.
Behind this smile,
I need to confess.
