But now when I feel so alone, so different, out of place and strange,
I can't help but think back on the days of you
Surrounded by your smile and help captive by your eyes
I miss that feeling of togetherness when we went anywhere
Whether it be a simply walk through the woods or to a family gathering
just that feeling that I somehow belonged to someone and that someone belonged to me
so maybe its not you that I miss, its the idea that you represent
but then I look at the picture of us that I hide away where only I can see it, and when I see you, I know that its a lie, I do miss you
I miss everything about you I miss your freckles, I miss your kiss, I miss your smell, I miss the mist that would come off your body after you got out of the shower, I miss your taste.. and how I miss the way you made me feel...
I cried for you, I cursed you, I hated you, I denied that I ever loved you.. but now... I just miss you
I might still love you, but will I ever tell you?
