Silence Like No Other

by Seronum   Apr 11, 2005

Silence is a killer within an anti-social mind.

You sit there in the dark just waiting like the blind.

You feel dead and your fingertips are cold.

It seems like many years and you fear your slipping old.

The tears stream down your face and reveal your sorrow thoughts.

The stress of darkness and painful ways make suicidal clots.

You want to die because theres so much dark but stare blindly into space.

Death peers into your eyes revealing its twisted face.

Silence is your enemy and your sanity is slipping away.

Hell as has made its way on you and your life just fades away.

You watch as it takes your soul and crumbles it into ash.

You finally realize the value of life is but a piece of trash.

The flames burn your throat and the pain gets even worse.

The memories from long ago die from the saddened curse.

I believe this to be a very nice poem, but let me say that suicide is harder than it looks. (I know, Ive tried, mutiple times)
