Green Demon

by RyanSmith   Apr 11, 2005

There is a green demon in my pocket
He lies there burning my side

He begs to be let out
Temps me with pleasures and delights
Everywere I go he calls out from my pocket

I am not his first victim and I will not be the last
He has been in my pocket for a while
Everyday he says, "You can eat, You can drink, You can even play if you let me out."

I try to resist him but he wins everytime
I reach into my pocket and away he goes
Into the hands of another

All I am left with is some useless junk that I will be stuck with evermore.
