My Star

by The Flame Within   Apr 11, 2005

The beautiful night stars and moon feel embarrassed because they dare not match you beauty
the sun adores you, nature applauds you, do i love you, absolutely

for every grain of sand, my love grows by ten, I'm not sure if that will ever end

the sunset is shy, to stare upon your face, the ocean is jealous of your smile
time passes by and you still look as pretty as ever, the rainbow tries to match you all the while

i look and stare trying not to blink, as i meet your eyes, my heart falls in love and starts to sink

words cannot describe you, this poem is a total waste, it comes no where near to how beautiful you truly are

your eyes are the moon, your lips the rose, your skins radiates, you are my star
